John Neumann launched Neumann Law LLC in 2014 after spending 15 years at the law firm of Jones Day. Through his career, John has represented corporations and other business organizations in a variety of transactional and contract matters, including a broad array of real estate deals. John’s real estate practice focuses on financings, acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing. By taking the time to understand his client’s business objectives and risk tolerances, John is able to offer practical solutions on his client’s transactions.
John is licensed in Illinois, Wisconsin and Colorado and has been fortunate to provide pro bono legal representation to a number of organizations in all three states, including to The Faye Gehl Conservation Foundation, Adaptive Adventures, Chicago Artists Coalition and The Betty Brinn Children’s Museum. John has also previously served as a board member of The Cabrini Green Legal Aid Clinic and The Telluride Mountain School and was selected to be a Fellow in the 2010 class of Leadership Greater Chicago, an organization dedicated to developing community awareness among business leaders in the Chicago metropolitan area.
John’s wife hails from Hartland, Wisconsin and ever since obtaining his law degree from The University of Wisconsin-Madison, John has enjoyed spending as much of the summer as possible in the Dairy State with his wife and their two children.
